Update to the three Norn quests.
Well, sure this "Don't like it don't use it" argument is invalid, but I believe there should be a change to the Norn quest line. Well, more of an addition.
Right now, you do actually NEED to use Ursan Blessing to complete that Norn quest. No ifs, no buts, those gates aren't going down with that fella.
I ask to have one skill off each of these skills. Having the ability to use: Ursan Force, Eagle's Flight and the Volfen IAS skill, without actually taking X blessing.

i don't understand, you want to be able to use ursan force, eagle's flight, and the ias skill without using the blessings? or you don't want those skills associated with those blessings at all anymore?

That'd be nice...
While bashing down walls with your forehead as a mesmer is no doubt fun, I still want to use my mesmer skills while doing it.
Or remove the "Lose all energy" clause and the recharge, only for the storyline counterpart of course.

ahh, got it. sorry, i was a little confused. not a bad idea. but only for this part of the storyline, not for general pve play.

EDIT: the only problem i have with it is, how are players who are going through the storyline for the first time going to learn what a benefit and great skill UB is without having it on their bar?

Decent idea Tyla.

Easy, put a choice down. When you talk to the NPC, you can click either the blessing or the skill.

lrn2counter, you elitist PvPer.
Oh wait, wrong generic message.
That'd be a cool addition, though you could always ursan up, break a wall, wait 2 minutes to get out of form and regen, fight 2 mobs, repeat.
And tbh, I never actually take the raven's blessing. I am unstoppable works just as well

I never take Raven's Blessing either. A little kd isn't that annoying *and it reminds me of the warrior area in Dragon's Lair*
I like your idea. Don't force UB on people and maybe they won't want to use it.

True that, but being KD'd annoys me.
Well, the only skill that *really* needs to be used is Ursan Force, so I'm not bothered about the rest myself. It would be quite nice though, having your actual bar instead of something you don't wish to play.

the thing is its not part of the story to be changed. jora calls on the BEAR spirit to wash the Blood from here hand and claim back her home, the Norn are BEARS so raven and volfen are just extras and realy have no play as of right now. so the story is fine the way it is. everyday there is a new Ursan QQ thread and its starting to get rediculous.

Wrong, norn are not bears, Norn are *really tall* human-like SHAPE SHIFTERS who can turn into werebears, werewolves, and more. ANet was just too lazy to let the NPCs turn into something that is not a werebear.
